One can argue that Bi-Rite has an edge on our city’s beloved Mitchell’s Ice Cream, but that would be comparing apples to oranges. it’s the other way around. definitely the other way around lol. aaaand personally bi-rite >>> mitchells. maybe it’s cuz i’m filipino and i grew up with ube, macapuno, mango, and all that other shit. so its really nothing “exotic” to me. but damn i’d cut a bitch 6 times for some salted caramel, creme fraiche, or ginger swirl. mmmmmmm.
